This help document describes how to configure the Clinic Attendance software to analyze Clinic usage

Step 1: Add Clinic Devices

I’ve two Clinics in my company with each having a time attendance device to capture Clinic attendance.

Location Houston has a clinic for staff and workers.

Location Miami has a Clinic for all the staff.

Step 2: Analyze Clinic Usage

Let us analyze the clinic usage and cost for Houston and Miami.

At Houston, on first of February, 24 employees accessed the Clinic.

Overall, in the month of February, all together they spend 468 hours in the clinic.

At Miami, the overall time spend is 225 hours.

Step 3: Zoom in to the details

Now, let’s zoom in to a day to identify the employees who accessed the Clinic and also the times at which they accessed the Clinic on that day.

Pick an employee to view Clinic usage of the employee for the month.

The Clinic Attendance system provides information on who accessed the clinic and how long they spent. Along with the overview, the system also allows drill down to the lowest level of detail on clinic usage.
